New Age groups - U16 to Senior, Men & Women
Para athletes welcome if on the UKA long list
Series of 6 competitions (monthly) at various venues
FINAL at Bedford late August
Incorporated within BIGish
Standards will be set & posted on each venue page
Full Technological support guaranteed
Athlete Friendly environment with top Officials
At least 3 competitions per discipline
Max 15 per competitors per Pool
Points will be awarded for each performance (Combined Events tables)
An athletes top 3 results will go towards entry into the Final
Standings will be updated after each event and posted here & on E4S

Standards will be set for each venue
Entries open 6 weeks before each event
Entries close 6 days before each event
Reserve lists will operate if events are full
Standards may be reduced 1 week before closing if there are still spaces available
Standings will be published on E4S & on here and updated after every venue
