Please can all Pool A Long Jumpers and ALL Triple Jumpers please be at their site 45 minutes pre Comp time to allow a prompt (if not slightly early!) start.

                            If you need to withdraw please do so asap.

   

It is unlikely that these lists will be updated again before the meeting but if you receive an athlete letter on Thursday evening or after that assume you are IN!
